When you send a résumé, are hired by us or hire our services, personal data related to you is collected. By accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy, you expressly agree to provide only true, current and accurate personal data and not to alter your identity or personal data in any way when accessing and using our products or services. You are solely responsible for any false, outdated or inaccurate information you provide to us.

Personal data from résumés sent by email or delivered in person
Personal data processed: contact details, name, phone number and email.
Purposes: database for future hiring.
Hiring of employees (CLT) or contractors (PJ)
Personal data processed: work booklet (CTPS), identity card (RG), CPF, voter registration card, clearance certificate issued by the electoral registry, PIS/PASEP, bank accounts, military service certificate, transport card, driver’s license (CNH), marriage certificate or civil union declaration, children’s birth certificates, children’s vaccination cards, children’s school enrollment declarations, proof of address, 3×4 photos, high school completion certificate and vaccination card.
Purposes: scheduling of pre-employment, periodic and termination medical exams; registration in the company’s internal system and subsequent submission to eSocial; mobilization on clients’ sites; life insurance and health plan updates; external training; and provision of transportation and meal benefits.
Sharing of personal data
PROJETA CONSULTORIA may share your data at your request. Data may also be shared with authorities and regulatory bodies for different purposes, when necessary. Whenever this happens, sharing will be carried out within the limits and purposes of our business and as permitted by applicable law.

1 – Business partners and service providers
Such as: clients, accounting advisors, banks, occupational health clinics, training and professional development companies, and legal advisors.
Purposes of sharing: issuing badges and passports for mobilizing employees on the client’s site; reporting on compliance with labor obligations; hiring and termination of employees and service providers; occupational exams; training; and data for salary and service payments.
2 – Retention and deletion of your personal data
While you are an employee or service provider of PROJETA CONSULTORIA, your personal data will be kept in a secure and controlled environment.
When applicable, and even after our relationship ends, we may store your personal data for an additional period for auditing purposes, compliance with legal or regulatory obligations, the regular exercise of rights, or for the period required by the legal basis that justifies retention. For example, we may store your data to comply with imposed obligations and to preserve our rights in legal proceedings.
